Had a great time at the Barn Festival in Hastings this weekend. Big shout out to Ross and Kara Parde for doing such a great job hosting this event. Despite some less-than-favorable weather conditions, it was a lot of fun. Worked alongside some great vendors including 7 other awesome food vendors.
Saw some old friends and made some new friends. Shout out to Prairie Island Poppers, Ice Cream Coach, Serrano's Mexican Grill-Food Truck, The Big Pig, The Pour Horse Coffee Trailer, and the Nomad Pizza Co.. We were entertained by a talented young lady named Ingrid Griffin on Sunday. The Barn Festival will be held again next weekend. If you are in the Hastings area next Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday be sure to stop by Bob's FUNFOODS at the Barn Festival Spring and say hello.
