A very deserving huge shout-out to K & A Promotions, all of the vendors, and customers who came out to the 8th annual Hello Spring Craft and Vendor Fair at the Seward County Fairgrounds Ag Pavillion.
This was the first event of the 2023 season for Bob's FUNFOODS and as always was a successful one. This was also the first event with the new menu that I was a little apprehensive about but it had a very good reception. Sold out of pulled pork and french fries almost immediately.
The new menu requires more equipment and there were some issues with blowing circuit breakers at the beginning, but I was able to work that out quickly, (I will most definitely have to add another generator when setting up my trailer where no shore power is available). Other than that the only other problem is that I WILL NEED HELP in 2023! Anyone wanting a part-time job please contact Bob's FUNFOODS.
Again, Thank You to all the vendors and customers that came out, everyone was so nice and I had a great time. Looking forward to seeing you all again in September.
